The County of Stearns (the “County”) is seeking written proposals from qualified engineering consultant to develop a set of construction plans and bidding specifications for contractors to bid on the fiber installation project originating at the Stearns County Public Works Highway Building, 455 28th Avenue South, Waite Park, MN, continuing along 28th Avenue South and County Road 137, with tie‑ins at the Stearns County Parks Office, and terminating at the existing handhole at 17th Avenue South. The fiber project will consist of installing conduit, fiber, handholes, splice cases, panels, and related components along the designated routes.
