PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is seeking information from qualified vendors that are capable of providing an emergency dispatch system. Stearns County is conducting this targeted Request for Information (RFI) as market research to identify vendors that meet the requirements for digital emergency dispatch system. Stearns County has been using a manual emergency medical and fire call dispatch system that guides the dispatchers through the calls. The County is looking for a comprehensive digital system that will integrate with the records management system. 

PURPOSE: Stearns County is conducting this targeted Request for Information (RFI) as market research to identify vendors that meet the requirements for digital emergency dispatch system. Specifically, the County is taking measures to assure that the services and software offered by Priority Dispatch Corp through its ProQA is a sole source and not offered by any other vendors. A written response to this RFI is necessary in order to assist Stearns County in determining the potential levels of interest, adequate competition, market maturity and technical ability to provide the requirements of a digital dispatch system.
