2026 DAIRYLAND TRAIL CULVERT REPAIRS REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR STEARNS COUNTY, MN PROJECT 26-32 DUE DATE: 11:00 AM CT, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3rd, 2026 PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is seeking quotes to provide the repair of up to four (4) culverts on the Dairy Land Trail, located on the former Soo Rail Line in Stearns County. The total number of culverts repaired will be determined by the amount of the quotes received and funds budgeted. Here in, the vendor is referred to as "Vendor." The Vendor will be responsible for all materials, necessary labor, and equipment to perform this service. COMPLETION TIME: November 30th, 2026 DOCUMENTS: To obtain documents online, please visit Bids & Tenders. PRE-BID MEETING: The County will conduct a pre-bid meeting with interested vendors at 9:00 AM, CT, Tuesday, August 25th, 2026, meeting at the parking lot of the Dairyland Trailhead, across the road from the Elrosa Baseball Field, then proceed to each culvert location. Vendors will drive the trail to the locations led by the County Parks Department. The purpose will be to view the locations of the work and to answer questions about any aspects of the RFQ or of the project in general. Although attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. QUOTE SUBMITTAL: ELECTRONIC QUOTE SUBMISSIONS ONLY shall be received by the Bidding System online through Bids & Tenders not later than 11:00 AM CT, Thursday, September 3rd, 2026. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted AWARD: Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, waive informalities, award the contract in whole or in part, and award to the Vendor the County determines is in the County's best interest. |
