Description: 

PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns seeks bids to provide a new Justice Center Campus garage facility from responsible contractors. The project is located at 7500 County Road 134, St. Cloud, MN.  The Contractor shall be responsible for all materials, necessary labor, and equipment to complete the Project. All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.

 

SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION:

The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to:

Construction of a new garage facility to house vehicles and equipment on the new Justice Center campus.  Project includes precast wall construction, metal bar joist and deck roof structure and a mezzanine. 

 

Work by Owner contracted through previous bid packages:

            General site grading and soils corrections.

            Site utilities (water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, etc.)

            Exterior Improvements (bituminous, landscaping, irrigation, etc.)
