KRAEMER LAKE PARK TREE REMOVAL REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR STEARNS COUNTY, MN PROJECT 25-08 DUE DATE: 11:00 AM, CT, FRIDAY, MARCH 7TH, 2025 PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is requesting quotes for tree removal in a designated area at Kraemer Lake Park to improve road access. Here in, the vendor is referred to as "Vendor." The Vendor will be responsible for all materials, necessary labor, and equipment to perform this service. This Project requires prevailing wages. COMPLETION TIME: March 31, 2025 DOCUMENTS: To obtain documents online, please visit Bids & Tenders. QUOTE SUBMITTAL: ELECTRONIC QUOTE SUBMISSIONS ONLY shall be received by the Bidding System online through Bids & Tenders not later than 11:00 AM CT, Friday, March 7th, 2025. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: The County will conduct a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit with interested vendors at 9:00 AM CT, Thursday, February 27, 2025. The meeting location is outside of the ‘Sugar Shack’; enter on Kipper Road to Kraemer Lake-Wildwood County Park, 12857 Co Road 51 St. Joseph, MN 56374. The purpose will be to view the locations of the work and to answer questions about any aspects of the RFQ or of the project in general. Although attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. AWARD: Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, waive informalities, award the contract in whole or in part, and award to the Vendor the County determines is in the County's best interest. |
