PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns (the “County”) is seeking written proposals from qualified vendors/companies for Survey Software Solution. The County desires to secure a contract to acquire survey software that will provide the ability to design surveys using various tools, templates, and question types, while having an intuitive user interface whether filled out on desktop or mobile device and allow for distribution through various channels (mobile devices, websites, and email) Additionally, the software will facilitate the creation, sharing and collaboration of customized online reports that are updated in real-time. In addition, the software will possess built-in predictive intelligence and robust statistical analysis tools to provide new insights. The vendors who are on the shortlist will be invited to demonstrate their system.
