The County of Stearns (the “County”) is seeking written proposals from qualified vendors to provide review of emergency operations plans and training exercises with the following scopes of work: A) Review of EOP Plans, B) Medical Response Surge Exercise (MRSE), and C) Long-term care exercises in the box. This initiative is funded through the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) Grant. All work must be completed by June 1, 2027. This is a multiple-award RFP. We encourage vendors to apply for one or multiple scopes of work. |
