26-64 - EMS Simulation Training Services RFP

The County of Stearns is seeking written proposals from qualified vendors for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) simulation-based training services. Through the Central Minnesota EMS (CMEMS) SimReady Series (Simulation-based training services), the County intends to contract with a single qualified training organization to deliver four hands-on, high-fidelity simulation training events throughout the Central Minnesota EMS region. The purpose of this project is to provide emergency responders with access to advanced simulation equipment, specialized instructors, and realistic training scenarios that may not otherwise be available to local fire, EMS, and law enforcement agencies. Training sessions will focus on the management of critical medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest, trauma, and stroke, in a controlled environment designed to strengthen clinical decision-making, confidence, communication, and teamwork. Utilizing a single vendor for all four training events will ensure a consistent, high-quality training experience across the region. All four sessions must be completed before June 1, 2027, to meet grant deadlines.
