PROJECT INFORMATION: Stearns County, Minnesota, is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select a qualified Construction Manager with specific experience in the planning, estimating, and construction management of Jail, Sheriff’s Office, and Courts Facilities. The Construction Manager shall cooperate with the County’s contracted Architect throughout the project. The Project may include the construction of the Sheriff’s Office, Jail, County Emergency Management, Courts, and supporting functions. The Construction Manager will assist the AE firm when providing two (2) schematic design options. During the schematic design phase, the sites may be reduced to one (1) at any time.
