PROJECT INFORMATION: Stearns County, Minnesota, is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select a qualified Architectural and Engineering (AE) Firm with specific experience in the design, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration of Jail, Sheriff’s Office, and Courts Facilities. All design elements and recommendations must be approved by and meet the Minnesota Administrative Rules, Chapter 2911 requirements, Jail Facilities, and all applicable State, Federal, and Local laws and regulations. The Project will include the design of the Sheriff’s Office, Jail, County Emergency Management, Courts, and supporting functions. The AE firm will provide two (2) schematic design options. During the schematic design phase, the sites may be reduced to one (1) at any time.
