PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is seeking quotes to provide materials for the installation of chain-driven sliding gate openers and fence moving in Quarry Park. The vendor is referred to as "Vendor." The Vendor will be responsible for all materials, necessary labor, and equipment to perform this service. PRE-QUOTE MEETING AND SITE VISIT: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 AM. CT, Tuesday, April 15th, 2025, at the project site, Quarry Park, 1802 County Road 137, Waite Park, MN 56387. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting to become familiar with the project QUOTE SUBMITTAL: ELECTRONIC QUOTE SUBMISSIONS ONLY shall be received by the Bidding System online through Bids & Tenders not later than 11:00 AM, CT, Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted. AWARD: The County reserves the right to award all or a portion of the three projects listed to one (1) vendor. The total number of openers to be installed and the fence to be moved will be determined by the amount budgeted for the project. If the total to complete all three project items exceeds the budget, priority will be given in the following order:
The award will be based on the priority list and the accumulated total at each level. The total price shall include the cost of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. |
